脫丁烷塔
脫丁烷塔的塔頂為液化氣產品，塔底為穩定輕烴產品，設有塔底重沸器。經過重沸器加熱上升的輕組分在塔盤中下落的重組分充分接觸，得到傳質傳熱效果。脫丁烷塔氣液濃度從塔底沿塔頂梯形變化。 脫丁烷塔主要作用是將來自脫乙烷塔的“混烴”進行切割分離，生產出“液化石油氣”和“穩定輕烴”，其熱源供給通過塔底重沸器由導熱油提供。脫丁烷塔的塔頂回流采用的是輕質的液化氣。 項目名稱：唐山冀東油田 工作壓力/溫度：1.8 MPa/ 180 ℃ 工作介質：液化氣、輕烴 設備直徑×長度：DN1000/1400×32487mm 壁厚：12mm 設備總重：19980kg 主要材質：16MnR 脫丁烷塔屬第Ⅱ類容器。
